OTP Hungaro-Projekt Financial, Technical and Business Consultants Kft. enters into force General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) containing the general provisions of contracts concluded between the Agent and the Client after 1 November 2008.
The General Terms and Conditions issued by OTP Hungaro-Projekt were modified. The modifications are highlighted in Italic in the new, integrated text of the GTC. The modified General Terms and Conditions come into effect on August 15, 2013.
OTP Hungaro-Projekt posts the modified GTC on its homepage at least 15 days prior to the modifications come into effect in accordance with the GTC and thus meets notification commitments.
