Our project generation services includes basically the identification, collection and organization of project ideas based upon the identified problems, available development ideas, strategic development concepts, other background studies and the grant opportunities of the various measures in the New Széchenyi Plan.
Practically, this consultancy activity is implemented in the form of one or more interactive project generation workshops and negotiations involving various stakeholders, experts and decision-makers. The aim of these workshops moderated by our experts is to outline, based upon the relevant development strategies, the content and schedule of development projects to be prepared and implemented with the use of the available EU grants.
When working out project ideas, we use the logical framework approach. As an output of the workshops, our experts summarize the project list in an action plan, reveal possible synergies and carry out the participation analysis. As a result, the client is provided a well-founded, structured and coherent project list including specific project description sheets containing basic project data.
