During the project cycle it is essential to make sure that the project is being implemented according to the regulations from the financial, professional and administrational points of view. Our experts carry out the tasks related to the management of the project from beginning to end including the following activities:

If our clients wish to manage the project mostly by themselves, upon request our consultants provide consultancy services on the above-mentioned fields on an man-day fee basis to facilitate the successful implementation of the project. Services may include completing specific tasks such as financial management, monitoring or quality control.
In each project, we set up a project management team for the implementation consisting of 1 to 3 experts depending on the volume of the project and the required services. A work schedule will be prepared including the timing of the tasks and the responsibilities of the members of the project team. In order to ensure the continuous and fluent work-flow, it is important to ensure a close contact with the dedicated colleagues and experts of our clients.
We also secure a financial guarantee for the quality of our project management activities. May any of our clients suffer any damage caused by our colleagues while performing project management activities, Groupama Garancia Insurance Inc. will compensate our client based on our liability insurance. This offers a higher safety both for our municipal and corporate clients during project implementation.
