Quality assurance
In case our clients prepared the project application and the related studies by themselves or with the help of external consultants, we undertake the formal check and quality assurance of the compiled documentation. We look and give answers for the following questions:
- Is the package compliant with the formal, substantial and eligibility criteria defined in the grant call?
- Does the package contain all the relevant information in full detail regarding project implementation?
- Are the high priority issues detailed and highlighted sufficiently to ensure a positive evaluation by the assessors?
- Is the project comprehensive and does it contain all the relevant and necessary information in an appropriate logical order?
The results of the formal check and quality assurance as well as the relevant suggestions will be handed to our clients following a personal consultation.
We are also ready to carry out the quality assurance of documents to be prepared during project implementation and project management, i.e. the preparation of status reports and payment requests. In this way you might easily avoid the most common deficiencies which mostly lead to time-consuming reconciliations and modifications. Consequently, the financing process will be accelerated since the paying authorities will receive a correct and well-founded payment request.
