Please select the type of service you would like to book an appointment for.
Where and when would you like to have the appointment with us?
Use our search engine to find a suitable branch, then indicate the time of your choosing in the calendar that appears.
Book your appointment
To book an appointment on the website, please enter your contact details.
When your booking is registered, we will send you an e-mail asking you to confirm your booking within 15 minutes by clicking on the link in the e-mail. Your booking will be confirmed by e-mail, and then later you will be reminded of the date by SMS as well.
You can also enter your contact details when booking an appointment via the OTP InternetBank, so that we can send you a reminder by SMS or by e-mail both after the appointment has been confirmed and on the day before your scheduled visit to the selected branch.
Visit our branch
If there is no automatic queue management machine in the branch, please go to the counter (to the branch employee) marked ‘Időpontra érkező ügyfél fogadása’ (‘Reception by appointment’).
If the branch has an automatic queue management machine, please select ‘Időpontra érkeztem’ (‘I have an appointment’), and than
- in case of online booking, please enter the code you received in the booking confirmation,
- if you have booked the appointment via the OTP InternetBank, please insert your OTP bank card, if you have one, into the automatic queue management machine. If you do not have a bank card, please enter the code you received in the booking confirmation.
Please arrive on time, as we can hold your booked appointment for up to 10 minutes, to ensure continuity of service to our customers.
If you wish to change the time of your appointment,
- in case of online booking, you may cancel your booking and make a new appointment by clicking on the link in the confirmation e-mail,
- if you have booked the appointment via the OTP InternetBank, you may cancel your booking and make a new appointment by clicking on the link in the reminder or in OTP InternetBank.
