For the cancellation of your bankcard you have the following possibilities at your disposal

in 7/24 on phone in menu point 0:
(if you know the number of the bankcard and the Telecode)
OTPdirekt internetbank
in case of cards for private individuals (if you have such a contract)
OTP branch
in person during the opening hours
We recommend to you to keep the telephone number of the HelpDesk with you all the time –+36 (1/20/30/70) 366 6000 – and it should be separated from the card so that if you need help, you can call our colleagues at any time.
