ATTILA BÁNFI
Chairman of the Board
Attila Bánfi has more than 20 years of domestic and international professional experience in the fields of money and capital
markets, investment services and asset management. Between 2006 and 2011, he headed the treasury department of Banca Intesa
Beograd in Serbia, and for 3 years the investment banking department of the Ukrainian subsidiary of the current Intesa Sanpaolo
Group. He then joined OTP Bank after obtaining his PhD. Initially, he was in charge of the Hungarian treasury business, and
in January 2019 he took over the position of Managing Director of the Regional Treasury Directorate, which was restructured
after an intensive rebuilding process and, after a name change to reflect this, will continue its expanded activities under
the name of OTP Global Markets Directorate. At Group level, the OTP Global Markets Directorate manages, among others, OTP
Private Banking, Investment Services, Issuance and Custody, Institutional Relations, Discretionary Portfolio Management and
Markets (former Treasury). In addition to his new mandate, Attila Bánfi is also a member of the Board of Directors of the
Budapest Stock Exchange and of the Board of Directors of OJSC OTP Bank in Russia. He is the Chairman of the Board ot the OTP
Fund Management since October 2021.
istván györgy éder
CEO, member of the Board
György Éder has nearly three decades of experience in money and capital markets and portfolio management. He graduated from
the Budapest University of Economics and Business Administration with a degree in Finance in 1994 and obtained his CFA qualification
in 2001. He is a founding member of the Hungarian Chapter of the CFA Institute. Between 1994 and 2007, he worked as a portfolio
manager, Head of department and then Deputy head of department in the Department of Money and Foreign Exchange Markets of
the Hungarian National Bank, and was a member of the Asset and Liability Committee. From 2007 to December 2021, he was Head
of trading in the Capital Markets department of Raiffeisen Bank Hungary. He joined OTP Alapkezelő Zrt. in December 2021 as
Strategic Advisor and since May 2022 he is the CEO of the company.
tibor turner
General deputy CEO, member of the Board
Tibor Turner has more than 25 years of professional experience in capital markets, both nationally and internationally. He
graduated from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences in 1996 with a degree in Finance. He is a CFA Charter holder and
finished CAIA program as well. He is a founding member of the CFA Hungarian Society and a member of the Hungarian Forex Association.
Between 1996 and 2002 he was a foreign exchange reserve portfolio manager at National Bank of Hungary. From 2002 to 2006,
he worked as an institutional client sales as vice president in Morgan Stanley's London office. From 2006 to 2015 he was Deputy
Head of Markets and Head of Sales at Raiffeisen Bank. From 2015 to 2022, he worked as a Managing Director of Money and Capital
Markets at MKB Bank, he was member of the bank's Asset and Liability Committee and responsible for, among others, proprietary
trading, sales, asset and liability management, investment services, bank relations and corporate finance. Since 2011, he
has been a guest lecturer at CEU, teaching the courses Investment and Capital Markets and Derivatives. Since 1 July 2022,
he acts as a Deputy CEO of OTP Fund Management.
ISTVÁN HONICS
Investment deputy CEO, member of the Board
István Honics graduated in Finance from the Budapest University of Economics and Business in 1996, and broadened his theoretical
knowledge at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He obtained the EFFAS Investment Analyst Diploma in 1999 and
the CFA qualification in 2010.He was a member of the Board of CFA Hungary between 2010 and 2013. He worked briefly for Creditanstalt
Investment Fund Management Ltd. and joined OTP Fund Management Ltd. in 1996. He is credited with the launch of the first equity
fund in Hungary, the establishment of OTP Fund Management's equity lending business and the creation of the BUX ETF, which
won the BSE Innovation Award. He was also involved in the development of the CETOP equity index, which is now widely used.
OTP New Europe Fund, managed with his colleagues, won the Best EUR Absolute Return Fund of the Year Award in 2016. Since October
2010, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of OTP Fund Management Ltd., responsible for the management of investment
management activities.
ferenc Bakk
Member of the Board
Ferenc Bakk has held expert and management positions in the banking sector since 2000. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics,
Faculty of Banking and Stock Exchange, Babes-Bolyai University, with a degree in Economics, and in 2010 he obtained an MBA,
General Management, from the Central European University. He worked as a loan officer in Bank Austria Creditanstalt and K&H
Bank, and joined OTP Group in 2007. Since the beginning of 2008 he has been Head of the Loan Origination and Risk Management
Division of OTP Bank Romania, member of the Board of Directors of the Bank. In 2020, he decided to continue his professional
career in investment banking, where he is involved in various projects as an advisor to the Deputy CEO of the Commercial Banking

Frigyes Ferdinánd Heinz
Global macro analysis and strategic leader
Frigyes Heinz graduated from the Budapest University of Economics and Business Administration and obtained a postgraduate
degree in theoretical economics and economic policy from the London School of Economics. He gained his first professional
experience at the MNB in 1997-98 and continued his career abroad between 1999 and 2017. He worked in London at the Bank of
England in the financial stability area from 1999 to 2001 and then headed the Central and Eastern European Markets Analysis
Department at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2017, he worked in Frankfurt in the Economics Directorate
of the European Central Bank (ECB), where he was responsible for macroeconomic analysis of Central and Eastern European countries
(Hungary, Romania, Estonia) and then of euro area countries (Ireland and Spain). During his time at the ECB in 2012-2013,
he worked for 2 years as an IMF Specialist for Central and Eastern Europe at the IMF Headquarters in Washington DC. Since
2017, he has been Head of Global Macroeconomic Analysis and Strategy at OTP Fund Management and Chairman of the Supervisory
Board of OTP Capital in Ukraine.
