OTP Bank GSS provides custody and depositary services in Hungary to a wide range of institutional investors, like banks, brokerage firms, securities and real estate investment funds, pension funds, insurance companies since the mid-1990s. We are also servicing corporate clients investing in foreign markets. The value of the financial assets in custody exceeded HUF 3,552 billion (EUR 8.9 billion) by end 2022.
The Hungarian GSS team is of 25 highly qualified experts, having all the knowledge and experience that enables us to provide high quality services for our clients. We are particularly proud to be the first to launch securities services for securities investment funds in Hungary in 1996. We were also amongst the pioneers in the field of fund administration for open-ended real estate funds in Hungary in 2002.
By now, we have built up a knowhow and experience in this market segment that enables us to support our partners with tailored solutions even in a continuously changing market environment.
